Store Manager – Retail(SuperMarket)
CTC 3 to 3.5lakhs
Job Description:
We are looking for the position of Store Manager at Dus Minute(SuperMarket). The retail store manager is responsible for the overall management of the business by ensuring that both the operational and commercial sides run smoothly. By being the point of contact between the staff and customers, they assure all procedures and guidelines are being followed.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales and operational targets of the Store.
Ensuring all the Inventory at the Store are well maintained
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Ensure 100% adherence to SOP in all stores for end to end operations.
Control shrinkage and pilferage at the store
Undertake implementation of merchandising and planogram of the stores.
Responsible for customer complaints, suggestions and corrective actions in all the stores.
Responsible for ensuring timely all home deliveries of the Store.
Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
