Job Title- Senior Analyst/ Lead Analyst, Carrier Billing Services (Interconnect Billing system V11 of CSG)
Location- Gurugram/ Bangalore (Hybrid working)
Role Purpose
The candidate is meant to be acting as subject matter expert in Interconnect billing. The one who can manages process documentation, works individually on interconnect processes and act as a subject matter expert of rating configuration and suspense management.
Key Accountabilities-
- Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. Gathers, documents, and analyses business needs and requirements.
- Ensure that the billing requirements are fulfilled in the project, review designs for changes to billing and other systems’ and processes that impact billing.
- Update process documents, train users, and provide post go-live support
- Ensure accurate and timely update of reference data configuration in Interconnect system like Trunks, Switch, Network Operator set up.
- Ensure accurate and timely update of tariffs into the Interconnect system.
- Should be able to handle customer invoicing and supplier invoice reconciliation.
- Should be able to analyse the data correctly as and when required.
- Should be able to analyse error/suspense cdr’s and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare reports and graphs as and when required..
Role Specific Requirements-
- 2-6 Years of total experience with minimum 2 years of relevant telecom billing in usage area including and destination configuration
- Good understanding of Interconnect architecture, usage, configurations and tables
- Interconnect Billing System v11 of CSG
- Basic understanding of Python
- Hands on experience in Data Analysis, SQL, Microsoft Excel
- Should be able to work on excel/advance excel for generating internal reports, to manage productivity and to perform analysis for stakeholder groups.
