Job description

• Creating and managing the integrated program schedule by working with cross functional teams.
• Escalating key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
• Lead the development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing and executing product qualification and successful product ramps.
• Driving the Product Life Cycle process compliance by ensuring phase checklist compliance and coordinating phase reviews and provide enterprise-wide product development status information at weekly intervals.
• Publishing monthly metrics on actual performance to commitments.
• High level strategic decision making through detailed analysis and material preparations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to support and lead cross functional teams of designers, verification, implementation, IP teams, etc.
• A proven track record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion on time, within budget and on agreed scope.
• Manage ISO / IATF process and its KPI tracking

1. BE/B Tech with experience in Semiconductor engineering-Preferred
2. Expertise in ASIC Program and project management
3. Passionate about technology and ASIC development, wants to be involved in managing cross functional team deli
