About The Job
The Marketing Manager's role is to execute a concrete GTM strategy, create a strong sales pipeline, convert the pipeline into opportunities for sales, increase Amnet Digital brand awareness, promote company services, products, and solutions, and drive prospects to sales conversion. The role works closely with the Tech Leadership, Product, and Sales teams and is responsible for driving interest, demand, and engagement among targeted high-growth companies through various channels (i.e., inbound marketing, advertising, events, email drip campaigns, social media, marketing automation, work with external digital marketing agencies, PR, etc.). Working cross-functionally, the Manager also may assist with other marketing functions, such as creating, writing, editing, and proofing as necessary.
As a Marketing Manager, You Will…
- Develop and manage GTM strategy, demand generation, lead generation strategies (Paid + Organic), and performance marketing aimed at specific target industries across advertising and engagement channels (i.e., Google, LinkedIn, Meta, HubSpot, Email, CRM, Content Syndication, press release, and more). Generate MQLs, and SQLs and convert them into solid opportunities and sales.
- Design and deploy inbound marketing campaign strategies from concept (audience targeting, KPIs), to execution and optimization (A/B testing), to performance management (ROI, MQL qualification, cost per acquisition).
- Launch innovative marketing programs and new initiatives to connect, engage, and guide buying committees (Decision Makers + Influencers + Users) across the buying journey with meaningful storytelling and make them safe and confident about the Amnet Digital brand.
- Transform Amnet Digital into a most trusted digital partner for long-term relationships with clients by creating and delivering the industry's best content marketing strategy through webinars, events, eBooks, playbooks, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, customer success stories, product sheets, data sheets, sales emails, email sequences, battle cards, and more.
- Create Amnet Digital and product profiles on business/software review platforms (G2, Trust Radius, Capterra, etc.) to position our brand as a trusted player.
- Build and maintain good relationships with research firm analysts, media houses, tech editors, and digital journals to position Amnet Digital and establish brand credibility on top of our customer's minds.
- Manage and distribute campaign-specific performance insights, define next steps, and propose future optimizations. Generate and present high - level marketing reports (weekly + monthly) to the CEO and leadership teams.
- Track and monitor marketing-sourced leads in CRM and launch relevant email workflows to guide leads across the buying process to set up calls with sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and mentor fellow marketers to build an A+ marketing team.
- Partner with branding, communication, and design teams to develop value-based content, create campaign assets, product videos, and drive campaign improvement.
As a Marketing Manager, You Have…
- MBA/BBA degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of digital marketing experience, preferably B2B.
- Experience using HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics, writing blogs, emails, content, press releases, and Google Ads.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
- Leadership skills and team People management experience is a must.
- Analytically minded and comfortable interpreting data and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment as a team player.
- Superior time management, project management, and organizational skills.
