Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual with a passion for business development We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience who possesses excellent English communication skills and has exposure to international lead handling and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential international clients through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Servicing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients through written and verbal communication.
- International Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market demands to contribute valuable insights to the business development strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and optimize the overall business development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exposure to international lead handling and client servicing is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
