Job description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), who will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers for our SaaS solutions. You will play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales process by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our SaaS offerings to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation : Identify and research potential leads using various sources, including online research, social media, company databases, and inbound inquiries.
- Prospecting: Cold call, email, and reach out to potential customers to initiate conversations about our SaaS products.
- Qualification: Determine the suitability of leads by assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT criteria).
- Educate Prospects: Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular follow-up with leads who are not ready to buy immediately, ensuring long-term prospect engagement.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with insights and information that can assist in the sales process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation, qualification, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications:
- 1 + years of prior experience in an SDR, BDR, XDR, Account Executive or Account Manager role.
- Prior experience in a sales capacity to include generating leads, qualifying prospects, and cold calling.
- Must have prior experience with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
- Proven ability to engage with and build relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and technology is a plus.
- Prefer prior experience in the fitness space.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
