Hiring for Maintenance Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY:-

• Maintain  TPM activity for PM pillar.
• Preventive maintenance as per plan.
• Attend all types breakdown in shift.
• Why –why analysis on each breakdown.
• Kaizen to improve MTTR, MTBF, Energy saving and Cost saving Kaizen.
• PM and  TBM improvement as per analysis of breakdown history.
• Action taking on abnormality found during  PM
• Trouble shooting in all types of Gear Hobbing and Machining Center machines.

• Machines includes: Gear Hobbing and Gear shaper machines, VMC, Grinding machines, SPM’s, various general purpose machines.

Job Location : Chikalthana MIDC, Aurnagabad

Experience : 1-2 years’ experience in Maintenance in Gear Industry

Salary : upto 2.60 Lac(s)

Qualification: Diploma MEchanical
