Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Edit II Productions located in Bandra West, Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, and facilitate the key management to increase efficiency. This role will serve 2-3 members of the senior most management team.
- Personal and Executive Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the management team's personal and professional schedules, including appointments and engagements, ensuring optimal time management.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate both personal and business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for national and international trips.
- Communication Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the management and internal teams, as well as external contacts, managing communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Personal Errands and Assistance: Support the executives with various personal tasks and errands to facilitate a balanced personal and professional life.
- Confidentiality Management: Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in organizing personal, family, and business events, meetings, and special functions.
- Project Support: Provide assistance on personal and professional projects to ensure timely and effective completion.
- Provide support and assistance in developing, implementing, and monitoring new business strategies/initiatives for the organization.
- Take down the minutes of meetings, prepare reports and maintain details of the decisions taken at the meeting.
- Preparing letters, reports, proposals, etc. using MS Office.
Qualifications
- Excellent Executive Administrative Assistance skills including scheduling and managing communications
- Ability to provide efficient Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skill including both oral and written communications
- Good understanding of the entire MS Office suite
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field is a plus
- Knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles are a plus
- Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry is a plus
