Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Learn all the companys business processes and continuously suggest ways to improve them
- Support the development of dashboards etc. using PowerBI
- Co-ordinate with new software vendors for evaluation, procurement and implementation of software products
- Co-ordinate with existing software vendors to improve existing ERP and other software products
- Engage in research for improving processes and tools used by the company
- Learn SQL and low-code / no-code development skills to improve operational activities of the company
- Troubleshoot business software related issues
- Train and support users on business software products used by the company
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Ability to use computers effectively, with good IT skills
- Good understanding of general business processes, such as in Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations and Procurement
- Good documentation skills - including creation of flowcharts, process diagrams etc.
- Experience in handling software vendors
- Experience in working with an ERP system
- Research oriented mindset
- Creative thinking - should keep looking for new ideas for improving business processes
