Imaging Design Group Manager
Job Description
Lead & manage the Noida Imaging competence centre (Analog, Digital, Verification, Firmware and Validation)
Lead & manage the Noida project execution and across disciplines above - Ensure & be accountable for the Noida Imaging design team to apply Imaging RnD execution excellence flow, checklist & standard compliancy (ISO26262, Cybersecurity) -
Be part of the Imaging RnD staff & contribute to the technical roadmap, product roadmap & priorities arbitration.
On top of team management, bring significant technical lead and personal competences and particularly in domain of HW design & Verification, as well as Firmware.
Develop and maintain Firmware agility (both at team and personal level), to contribute actively and swiftly to Imaging products debug, demonstrators and derivatives (in patch and ROM)
Be the Imaging SubGroup Greater Noida site representative (deployment of Imaging subgroup values & team spirit, develop collabor
