Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital & Industry 4.0 Lead (SCM) in Chennai. As a Digital & Industry 4.0 Lead (SCM) at TAFE, you will lead the transformation traditional supply chain into a digital supply chain as well as Industry 4.0 in manufacturing Responsibilities Identifying opportunities for value creation through digital transformation within the Supply chain organization End-to-end ownership and management of Digital Solutions right from conceptualization phase till roll out. Leading requirement finalization and solution strategy Leverage Industry 4.0 and new technologies to enhance internal productivity and improve processes, employees, and customer experience. Effectively manage projects within schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners. Facilitate ideation, collaboration and knowledge management to enhance business value Experience in managing technology solution, especially, in the Supply Chain domain Qualifications BE with 12-14 years of relevant experienceJob tags
