Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Calling Executive at IPSM. The calling executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing information about courses and programs offered by the institution, and answering student queries. The calling executive will also be responsible for following up with leads and maintaining a database of student information.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in making outbound calls and handling customer queries
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and database management
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Experience working in the education industry is a plus
- 12th / Bachelor's degree in any field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
