Work Location: Bangalore
Dubai working days: 6
Interview Mode: Google Meet - 2 Rounds
Facilities provided for Onsite: Visa Expenses, Travel Expenses, Accommodation, Food, Transportation

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.
• Should have good technical knowledge.
• Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing
• Candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.
• Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other
• open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing skills.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR recruiter.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
