1) Flooring Division : Manufacturing and Application of PU and Epoxy based Flooring material. Here we provide entire Flooring solutions starting from Surface preparation to Application of Flooring material. We have to our credit leading automobile companies, Food and Pharma companies, Engineering and packaging companies, Chemical and textile companies, and IT parks/ commercial establishments as our prestigious customers. 2) Water proofing and Construction Chemicals: Manufacturing and application of Entire range of water proofing products like Liquid applied cementitious and Acrylic membranes, PU modified bituminous emulsions, Sheet based APP and HDPE membranes, Waterproofing acrylic and PU paints, bonding agents for gypsum, Anti hacking adhesion promoters, Admixtures for water reduction of concrete, Epoxy adhesives, sealants, etc. 3] Protective and Decorative Coatings: Anti corrosion and protective coatings for Tanks and pipelines, steel structures, rebar coatings, decorative paints for internal and external walls etc. Our Factory is located at the thriving Industrial area of Jejuri in Pune district of the industrially developed state of Maharashtra INDIA. The land being in the MIDC( Maharashtra Industrial development corporation) area offers excellent infrastructure of roads and power. Pune being the education capital of India, skilled manpower is available in plenty. Spread over an area of 100000 [one lac] sq.ft our plant houses a scientifically designed manufacturing setup for manufacturing 1000 ton/month of Various Resins which can be scaled up further as required. The In-house Q.C and R&D lab houses a wide array of instruments for precise control of quality. Role Description We are looking for a Sales Manager to cover the area of bangalore and adjoining region. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet the company’s goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Experience to do sales to industry and real estate companies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the corporate sale of paints/ construction chemicals industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing preferably in Epoxy and PU floorings, paints, construction chemicals. candidates with exposure to getting the product specified by consulatants and architects will be prefferedJob tags
