Role- Head BD

Overview

The role is a great business development lead role, with a strong focus on building a strong

Marketplace supply base for Cult.fit. The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a

self-starter with a passion for business development, problem-solving, and strong on-ground

experience of building businesses.

Responsibilities

■Manage a team of business development managers

■Identifying the right supply strategy and execution for the Marketplace business (existing

fitness centers) with a team, pan India.

■Ensuring success of onboarded partners, viz. (revenue, engagement and onboarding and

retention on the platform) working with cross functional teams.

■Ensuring continuous margin improvements for the business while delivering top notch

in-center customer experience.

■He/she must be an effective leader and communicator working with our most important

partners, as well as with internal colleagues and groups.

■He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values

and relationship management skills.

Experience preference

■An understanding of Marketplace businesses

■Strong business development experience

■Excellent communication and negotiation skills

■Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

■Ability to work independently and manage a team

■Work experience is preferred (6-8 years) in business development

■Proven Negotiation Skills, Influencing Abilities

■Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

■Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize

opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

■Master's degree, MBA

■Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as E-Commerce, Tech, real estate

marketplaces companies preferred,
