Overview The role is a great business development lead role, with a strong focus on building a strong Marketplace supply base for Cult.fit. The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for business development, problem-solving, and strong on-ground experience of building businesses. Responsibilities â Manage a team of business development managers â Identifying the right supply strategy and execution for the Marketplace business (existing fitness centers) with a team, pan India. â Ensuring success of onboarded partners, viz. (revenue, engagement and onboarding and retention on the platform) working with cross functional teams. â Ensuring continuous margin improvements for the business while delivering top notch in-center customer experience. â He/she must be an effective leader and communicator working with our most important partners, as well as with internal colleagues and groups. â He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. Experience preference â An understanding of Marketplace businesses â Strong business development experience â Excellent communication and negotiation skills â Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities â Ability to work independently and manage a team â Work experience is preferred (6-8 years) in business development â Proven Negotiation Skills, Influencing Abilities â Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment â Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities. Preferred Qualifications â Master's degree, MBA â Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as E-Commerce, Tech, real estate marketplaces companies preferred,Job tags
