Senior Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role in Madurai for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR activities and functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to the management team.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR functions, policies, and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's or MBA degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization
• Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
