Job description

Who we are looking for:

The Compliance Program Methodology and Operations ('CPMO') Sr Associate will assist the global team in the Global Regulatory Change Management (GRCM) and Regulatory Readiness Programs. The Sr Associate will assist the team in managing strategic data and reporting projects and day to day work related to all aspects of regulatory obligation datasets.

The Sr Associate will help develop and enhance the CPMO operating model with a focus on data management, governance aggregation, metrics and reporting. The Sr Associate should have a strong background in data governance, excel or other data analysis tools and project management skills. The Sr Associate will help ensure data is captured timely and accurately to support the needs of the Compliance Department and enable proactive decision making and risk mitigation.

The remit of the CPMO team is global, high profile and fast-paced. This position is an excellent growth opportunity for the right candidate and provides visibility to senior members of Corporate Compliance. The role involves frequent interaction with management of State Street, thus exceptional executive presence, verbal and written communication skills are critical.
