Job description
Role Description Ensure purchase of undisputed land (CA and Operations) through due diligence and demarcation with pillars/ boundary wall (for sustenance & Growth)
- Prepare stakeholder management plan and collection of round data for preparation of
- Social impact assessment report required for acquiring land under LARR (Land
- Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act 2015
- Assess the risks related to land acquisition and rehabilitation and cost of LARR for new Mine acquisitions
- Audit of Land mapping and land Title/Legal documents across all locations and make
- Plan for addressing the gaps
- Optimize cost of purchased land
- Monitor Land under litigation and take corrective action
- Identify lands purchased but not in possession of company and take corrective actions.
This position is an IL4/IL5/IL6 Position.
