Job description

Sales Coordination Manager

Work Summary - This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for (FMCG, Namkeen & Snacks and Healthy Snacks manufacturing org. ) located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Coordination Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with other teams within the company.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales team Management:

● Tracking performance and sales targets of all field sales staff including SO, ASM, and RSM through Bizom and calls to distributors.

● Lead, mentor, and motivate the backend sales team.

● Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the backend sales teams and regularly monitor and report on their performance.

● Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Sales MIS:

● Making MIS in Excel and coordinating between sales staff for secondary sales data and Sales Targets every month

● Generated different types of MIS such as Target v/s Achievement (Product wise, State wise, Sales Supervisor wise, Area Sales Manager Wise, Head Quarter Wise, State Wise etc.

● Variance Analysis such as Comparison Sales Plan/ Budget with Actual Sales (Month wise/Quarter wise).

● Making sales reports of Sales Forecasting.

BDM:

● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

● Create leads funnel through marketing, good client servicing, referrals, showcasing in exhibitions, calling etc

● Making sure marketing material is ready and is used in converting client, to help them better understand about the company, product & services

Customer Servicing & CRM:

● Handling distributor's claims and check Tour plans &Travel expenses of field force and submitting to accounts for making payments.

● Handling Sales & Stock report for report generation & Independent correspondence.

● Coordination & follow-up for movement of stocks and dispatches to stockiest & Distributor

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and other customers by active listening and over delivering.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

● Proven track record of successful sales leadership, experience of 8+ yrs.

● Strong understanding of the Snacks and Namkeen market and dynamics.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Hindi.

● Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.

● Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.

Salary up to 50k + incentives
