Function as Engineer for assigned in the Engineering of Civil Engineering.
Development of Process Plot / Soil investigation and others associated report studies/ Prepare Design basis / Tech-nical Requisitions / Vendor offer review / Technical Bid evaluation / Vendor drawing review / Civil BOQ Estimation etc
Providing supervision and technical expertise to ensure delivery against time and quality constraints.
To provide assurance that all aspects engineering within the discipline have been carried to an acceptable standard
To liaise with other engineering disciplines to ensure best practice is applied to the engineering of project and to en-sure compliance to project specifications and standards.
Review and approval of designs and check / approval of engineering deliverables / Vendors Qualification
Production of enquiry documentation for equipment's foundation / Civil and structural Engg etc and Technical requi-sitions

Participates in contract tender evaluations & vendor negotiations to review technical qualifications (experience, per-sonnel, equipment, etc) for executing the scope of work.
Responsible for making the technical deliverables related to Rotary mechanical engineering.
Responsible for the Civil technical deliverables within a multi-disciplinary project team.
Provide start-up and commissioning support for Civil equipment.
Lead together with the lead QA/QC engineer the quality assurance and control of contractor, subcontractors and sup-pliers in the Civil engineering disciplines.
Ensure HSSE deliverables are received and satisfied.
Ensure clear communication and coordination with the HSSE department throughout the various processes.
Implement Responsible for applying professional practices and implement and follow HSSE requirements during execution of mechanical related activities of the Process plant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or related supplemented with relevant Civil Engineering qualifications) / Experience in detail engineering consultancy is preferred.
78 + years experienced Civil Engineer operating company environment good knowledge of Basic design / Structural Design in Civil Eng. / in the oil and gas sector / Refinery /Petrochemical /Fertilizer / Process industry.
Good knowledge of execution of large size Chemicals plant
Experience of Civil engineering testing
Knowledge of design codes and international standards
Experience of performance testing
Working knowledge of Plot plan / BOQ estimation / Preparation of enquiry documents etc. and able to select materials of construction for equipment in oil, gas and refinery service.
Relevant Vendors evaluation / Technical Bid evaluation Experience in the management of suppliers including inspection and test plans, quality plans, order close out, sup-pliers document reviews.
