Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to lead a team of 5-6 Sales Support Engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales planning, coordinating sales calling efforts, providing technical support, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales processing. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning:
Aggregate and analyze company and individual data.
Compile multidimensional sales data of current and potential customers from target industries.
Develop Annual & Monthly Sales Plans with detailed contact information.

2. Sales Calling:
Initiate contact with customers to introduce Multidimensions products and the team.
Seek appointments for detailed discussions and maintain accurate call records.
Technical Support:

3. Provide comprehensive explanations of technical details related to target products.
Assist the Regional Sales team by explaining product applications in customers' organizations.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring a strong foundation for future sales.

4. Customer Relationship Management:
Establish continuous and lasting relationships with target customers.
Engage in telephonic calls and social media interactions to pitch future sales and gather customer inquiries.

5. Sales Processing:
Verify technical details of Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
Seek clarifications if necessary and prepare and send quotations with accurate pricing.
Follow up with customers on pending quotations, taking timely actions for successful closure.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Team to ensure effective coordination and customer satisfaction.
Prepare Purchase Orders for materials required by the store or customer.
