Job description
Designation: Customer Support - Semi Voice
Experience: 1+ Years
Work Location: Bangalore
Shift: Rotational shift including night shift, allowance will be provided
Gender: Male candidates only
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Semi voice process (Chat / Inbound calls)
- Resolving customers queries and issues related to the products and services via chat or voice platform.
- Regular following up with the customer.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Candidates should be Target oriented and shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly KPI.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in any stream
- At least 1- 2 years of experience required in the Customer support Department.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Should be well versed in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Hard-working individual
- Ability to handle pressure
