Ours is an engineering firm established in 2008 to serve diverse industry sectors like Dairy , Food Processing , Pharmaceutical , Chemical, Beverages , Brewery etc … We offer a variety of solutions to better serve the needs of clients. We are Turnkey Project Executor, Process Engineering & Automation Solutions and Services provider. We execute full range of engineering solutions. ATMAN provides engineering solutions that encompass various stages of plant life cycle.

 

 
Position : Manager Marketing

Qualification : MBA Marketing with excellent academic record


Location : Reporting Location : Ahmedabad

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. You should also be able to complete any required evaluations.

 

To be successful as a Manager, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Ø Preparing sales collateral like Presentations and Brochures for the regional sales.

Ø Evaluating the competition and Positioning of our company.

Ø Planning the job winning strategies.

Ø Evaluating the Existing market and New Markets.

Ø Customer Relations improvement.

Ø Advertising and Presentations. Presentation and review of Annual sales Plan.

Ø Frequent visits to regional customers.

Ø Implement sales promotional activities as a part of brand building/ market development effort. Identify and network with prospective clients, generate business from the existing accounts and achieve profitability and increased sales growth.

Ø Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. Identify key/institutional accounts and strategically secure profitable business.

Ø Participate in project tenders floated by prospective clients and negotiating with the clients for securing the project.

Ø Liaison with various agencies for approval of product for technical suitability.

Ø Network with the project team to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in consideration the pre-discussed parameters.

Allocation and monitoring of overall as well as individual KRA for sales team.

Skills Required:

 

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of working experience in marketing.

n Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem solving, and management skills.

n   Ability to meet challenging deadlines in an efficient and profitable manner.

n   basic computer knowledge – MS Outlook email and MS Excel.

n Solid knowledge of data analysis, and forecasting techniques.

n An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.

n Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

n Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

n Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

n A valid drivers license may be required.

n Proficiency in MS Office.

n Superb attention to detail.

n Strong leadership skills.

n A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

n Willingness to work overtime if required.

n Excellent time management skills.
