Support AV India/PCIO/SH product related complaint summary reports and trending them on monthly basis and also, for quarterly MRM data.
Support evaluation of adequacy and compliance of systems, operations and practices against reputations and company documentation related with Complaint Management.
Support Internal & External Quality & Compliance Audits
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures and regulations related with PER Management.
Identify the need for and provide input into development of systems for assigned projects for the efficient operation of the department related with Complaint Management.
Provide input into development of regulatory and quality systems, SOPs for the efficient
operation of the department and inter-department activities.
Support training to the Sales Reps about Complaint handling in India and SA countries.
Regularly gets updated and self-trained with the latest regulations on Medical devices in the country.
Support Distributor Management activities and MRP re-labelling activity for assigned products in India.
