Job Title: Sr. Associate/ Associate Manager/ Manager Finance and Accounts

Job Summary:

The Sr Manager / Manager Finance and Accounts will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our automobile company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting Budgeting MIS and Costing

Responsibilities:

1. Annual Plan and Budget:

Participate in budget preparation activity monitor actuals with budget and establish checks and control.

2. Financial Accounting:

Preparation and timely review of all accounts with staff preparation and finalization of monthly quarterly and annual books of accounts for management and review by Auditors in complying with relevant regulations.

3. Accounts Receivables:

• Checking of Sales Data on daily basis.
• Debtors Ageing Report
• Sales & debtors Reconciliation.
• Clarifying to customers for their queries about transactions.
• Raising credit/Debits to customers with accuracy on time.

4. Accounts Payables:

• Accurately and timely booking of all liabilities (Material Capex and Services)
• Timely and accurately payment of all liabilities (Material Capex and Services).
• Vendor balance confirmation & Reconciliation on regular basis

5. Capitalizations:

Identification of Projects Assets which needs to be capitalize as per law and identification of total cost/ assets value which need to be capitalize as per statutory requirement. Verification of proper booking of the same in Accounting Software and Capital Budgeting records along with supporting documents thereof.

6. Management Accounting:

Timely preparation and finalization of monthly MIS for management.

Costing

Setting up costing system for getting product costing manufactured by SEPL suggestion to Management potential area of cost saving. Compliance with statutory provisions.

Others

Guide and motivate team members. Ensuring compliance of all accounting and monetary policies of company and maintenance thereof to keep appropriate accounts as guidance to staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
• Masters degree in finance accounting or a related field preferably C.A.
• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting with a focus on the automobile industry.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to a nonfinancial audience.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify trends and areas of improvement.
