Position :Officer - Proposals
3 Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in proposals Job Description Experience of working in proposal department in consulting company Prior Experience In Design Will Be Preferred Awareness of terminologies of deliverables, deliverable list, manhours, manhour rates Create and maintain man- hour database. Prepare Proposals. Prepare Deliverable List & Manhour Estimates for the bids. Partcipate in negotiations 5 Technical Competencies: MS office 6Behavioural Competencies Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
