Job Responsibilities

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies in promoting Hevo and its products/services to mid-market and enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness through email marketing.

A. Email marketing strategy for mid-market and enterprise: Develop, implement, and manage inbound and outbound email marketing strategies that align with the company's broader marketing objectives. Collaborate with different teams - content marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and sales, to build campaigns that are in line with different GTM motions.

B. ABM campaign strategy and execution: Identify and build high-value target accounts based on ideal customer profiles, target markets, and intent signals. Craft compelling and personalized messaging to resonate with key decision-makers. Design and A/B test email templates to optimize for deliverability and engagement.

C. Increase brand recall through lead nurturing: Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website/product interactions. Create engaging email content - promotional emails, and newsletters to re-engage inbound leads and MQLs. Create a robust lead scoring model and set up processes to create sales opportunities through inbound leads.

D. Measure impact: Track and analyze the performance of different initiatives against their goals, Providing regular reports and insights to leadership on progress. Use data-driven inputs to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Manage email marketing automation platforms and workflows.

Candidate Persona 4+ years of experience in email marketing, or ABM campaign management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns that have driven measurable results. Experience targeting and engaging technical audiences, such as data engineers/developers, is a plus.
