Job Overview
We are looking for a talented DESIGNER to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a DESIGNER, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for our paper products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Designer, preferably in the paper products industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PPT, CorelDRAW, Illustration, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative design ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
- Experience in creating prototypes and samples is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create unique and eye-catching designs for a wide range of paper products, including greeting cards, notebooks, gift boxes, and wrapping paper.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop concepts that meet the needs and preferences of our target audience.
- Use AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software to bring ideas to life.
- Develop prototypes and samples to showcase new designs and product ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our designs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work.
- Work closely with production and printing teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures and flyers, as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for promotional campaigns and events.
