Cybersecurity Engineer Location: Candidates must be prepared to relocate to Malaysia (Onsite- Hyderabad) Position Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Cybersecurity Engineering team is seeking a passionate security enthusiast with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft tools such as Microsoft EDR/XDR, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Microsoft Defender for Servers, and CASB. Troubleshooting skills on Microsoft products are essential, along with the ability to work independently and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Minimum 4+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field with a specialized focus on SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) implementation and management. Hands-on experience with SIEM solutions, including IBM Qradar or Microsoft Sentinel, with a proven track record of delivering at least one project end-to-end. Proficiency with other SIEM tools such as Splunk, Fortinet, etc. Hands-on experience with security solutions including Thales HSM & KMS, HBSS, EDR, DAM, WAF, etc. Expertise in Arcon PIM and CyberArk PIM. Experience in security tool upgrades and troubleshooting. Implementation experience with security automation tools. Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud security tool (Preferred: Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI). Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Proactive self-starter with a strong "get things done" attitude. Excellent understanding of information security concepts, protocols, industry best practices, and strategies. IBM Qradar Certified Deployment Professional. IBM Certified SOC Analyst. Microsoft Azure Cloud (AZ-500, MS500, SC200, SC300). AWS Security Specialty Certification. OCI - Identity and Security Management Certified Specialist. OCI - Cloud Infrastructure Architect. Any other relevant security tool implementation certification.
