Arthtech supports Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and innovative web development and digital marketing agency that specializes in creating impactful online solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a motivated and Business Development Executive with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of the Upwork,PPH,Fiver,Freelancer platform to join our team.
Eligibility Criteria:
Min Experience: 0-2 Years
Qualification: MBA or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field, Considerable with min 75% in 10th/12th/Graduation
Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills in English Reading & Writing expected.
Location: Fully Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) office.
Remuneration: No Bar in Salary.
Working days/time: Mon-Friday/ Saturdays alternative (9:30am to 6:30pm)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably with a focus on Upwork.
Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including proposal creation, bidding, and client communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with web development and digital marketing services is a plus.
