Job description
KGEPL is looking for an Executive assistant to the organization leadership who will be responsible for a range of activities like coordinating calendar appointments, managing communication and travel planning as and when necessary.
- Support - Provide support to the founders in a directed and timely manner to achieve the organizational goal and accomplish the objectives.Â
- Liaison - with the Internal and External stakeholders to manage communication on various projects and tasks.Â
- Communication - Scheduling the calendar and managing their correspondence including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements (Both domestic and international), client management, and other organizational planning.Â
- Data management - Prepare reports, presentations, data, and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings and meeting notes.Â

- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.Â
- Managing the customer visits and delegates to ensure the visit is smoothly handled.Â
- Interact with ease with the fellow team members and other stake holders.Â
- Effective communication skills to deliver the essential results.Â
- Contribute to cross functional team to accomplish results as needed.Â

Skills that will help you succeed in this role: Â
- Strong communication skills (English fluency mandatory)Â
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.Â
- In-depth understanding of Office 365.Â
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.Â
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Â
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Â

Languages : Fluent in English and Basic communication in Hindi and/or Telugu.Â
