Your next role
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper / digital form for audit and record purpose
- Arranging post and deliveries / Greeting visitors at reception / Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Typing up letters and reports
- Ordering office supplies / taking inventory count / maintaining reports and stock
- Liaising with suppliers and contractor
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
- Liaising with local municipal bodies to ensure compliances adhering to local policies
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management liaising with HO
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) / Greeting visitors
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Scheduling maintenance through AMC’s
Your skills and experience
Additional skills which may benefit anyone considering a job as an administrator include:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Sensitivity and understanding, proactiveness
- Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
- Able to work well with others
- Able to work on own
- Flexible and open to change
- Customer service skills
- Well versed with local statutory compliances. Hence qualifications / knowledge in secretarial studies will be an advantage
