Role Description
Ergen Plastic Industries is currently seeking to hire an Industrial Sales Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position with responsibilities such as establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, negotiating contracts and quotations, and communicating sales strategies with the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial sales or relevant field
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing existing accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the plastic and/or material handling industry is preferred but not required
