Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's social media pages including Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns the company.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Help plan and execute engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B agency setting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
