Roles And Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of the apparel retail store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards.
- Manage and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
