We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Pune, who will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence both in India and abroad. Job Description: Position Summary:

As a Sales Manager for Pre Engineered Building at Maxroof, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a proactive and strategic individual who can identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailor-made PEB solutions. You will also need to effectively manage a team of sales professionals, oversee project bids, and collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1.

Sales Leadership: · Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. · Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. · Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the sales team.

Business Development: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, by understanding market trends and customer needs. · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Account Management: · Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and high-value clients. · Ensure a deep understanding of client requirements and proactively offer PEB solutions to meet their needs. · Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Sales Operations: · Prepare and review sales proposals, contracts, and quotations in collaboration with the technical and operations teams. · Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs regularly. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

International Travel: · Be prepared to travel within India and internationally as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. · Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Pre Engineered Building industry or a related field. · Strong understanding of construction and engineering concepts, particularly in PEB. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. · Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. · Leadership and team management skills. · Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
