Job description
Seeking an experienced merchandiser who can manage the lifecycle of a product – from sampling to order execution
with a primary focus on home textiles and fashion garments . Responsibilities and Duties · Overall responsible from order collection, order confirmation, production planning, quality assurance, final inspection and shipment. · Ensuring that operative processes / order execution is finished within the stipulated time. · Communicating with Buyers, Artisans, co-workers effectively. · Coordinating with Artisans, suppliers and analyze to understand timelines and visit them frequently if required. · Will be responsible for continuous improvement in efficiencies and overall operations of the company. Qualification : Degree in Designing, Business Management / International Marketing. Preferred leather product experience and product development background in export company. Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience. CTC will be 4-6 L depending on experience and qualification About the Company Craft Resource Center is a sustainable, ethical, and WFTO guaranteed fair-trade organization. CRC works with a group of community or artisans – potters, weavers, block printers, leather workers, embroiders, tailors, silversmith, carpenters.
