This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities on the work site, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and managing all site personnel. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for communicating with project managers, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, civil engineering or related field
• Ability to plan and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is preferred
