About Our Client Client is an Government owned company which maintains infrastructure investments funds for international and Indian investors anchored by the Government of India. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails - screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Extensive calendar management; handling all appointments and schedules by planning meetings, conferences, and all external interactions
Manage, coordinate, and arrange domestic and international travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination (with the help of the travel desk)
Managing communication between executives and their team members, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
Organizing team communications and planning events, both internally and externally
Maintaining all relevant invoices and contracts to ensure accurate processing as per the company's policies
Providing general administrative support
The Successful Applicant Role Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interacting with the business
