Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Description:
As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for designing and creating user interfaces for digital
products such as websites mobile applications and software. You will work closely with developers
product managers and other stakeholders to understand user needs gather requirements and
create designs that are userfriendly visually appealing and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather user requirements to create user personas user stories and user
- journey maps.
- Design wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups that effectively communicate design
- concepts and user flows.
- Create responsive and adaptive designs that work across different devices and platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI pattern libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and according to
- specifications.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve designs and user experience.
- Keep uptodate with emerging trends in UI/UX design design tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design interaction design or related field (or equivalent work
- experience in a related field).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or other similar software.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of features from conception to final design assets
- Knowledge of user interface design principles user experience design principles and design thinking
- methodologies.
- Experience on both mobile and desktop platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience in UI/UX design.
