Job description

HR Generalist - Male (Attendance, Payroll, Compliance, Salary Break-up/Calculation)
Salary: 18-25 K | Must know Kannada | Experience : 1-2 Years as HR Generalist(Just Recruitment experience Not enough)  | Location : Kolar / Whitefield (To-fro cab available from Whitefield - Kolar) | Candidates in South BLR / Kolar Preferred
NOTE : Work From Office Job | F2f Interview @ Kolar
Responsibilities
Payroll and Employee Administration
- Maintain Payouts like Salaries, Incentives, Advances of all employees
- Employee appraisal function | Staff welfare | Conflict resolution
Record Maintenance
- Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Strategies and Policies
- Retention of key employees | Strategize for motivation and recognition system
- Strategize knowledge management that leads to enhanced performance
Administrative function
Problem-solving | Communicate effectively with employees, members of multiple teams | Group presentations & meetings
