Job description

• Perform Oracle standalone RAC patching on periodic basis.

• Ensure defined SLAs are met.
• Perform 1st level troubleshooting in case of any issue encountered during activities.
• Coordinate with Oracle team for escalation and resolution of L2 level issues.
• Perform CA Closures and maintain track of open points.
• Perform patching of Oracle DBs in different segments, i.e., On-premise, Cloud etc.
