Job description

Develop and implement  HR policies to create and sustain a work culture aligned with Values.
Ensure legal compliance.
Ensure effective implementation of Performance Management System.
Report to the management and provide decision support

  1. Managing the Design, review and dissemination of Employee Policies
    2. Designing and reviewing  HR  Systems for Policy Compliance
    3. Ensuring timely delivery of relevant  HR analytics to senior management
    4. Providing support in Corporate Initiatives
    5. Developing team members

    The incumbent will be responsible for:
    Designing and reviewing Employee Policies

    1. Conceptualizing, designing and reviewing  HR Policies and Benefits by collaborating with various internal teams and external partners keeping in mind complexities arising due to difference in nature of BUs and location, generations of employees.
    2. Networking in the industry and garnering thoughts on best practices in the areas of employee policies and benefits. It is a challenge to get insights on the policies and processes of other companies.
    3. Interacting with EDs and Business Heads, Functional Heads, Divisional  HR , Branch Commercial  Managers , Regional Commercial  Managers , Employees to understand the pain areas and seek regular feedback on  HR  policies
    4. participating in Employee Benefits surveys and studying the findings of the Survey
    5. Disseminating approved policies changes by preparing announcement material, booklets, and other media for communicating new policies to the employees.
    6. Conducting session on  HR policies for new recruits (Laterals, Management Trainees, Engineer trainees, Project Trainees) and refresher sessions for existing  HR employees from Branch locations from time to time.
    7. Handling Policies related queries / clarifications / escalations to ensure quick and courteous resolution
    8. Ensuring maintenance of records of policy documents and benchmarking in an easy to retrieve format both in hard copy and on Knowledge Management portal, capturing the thought process followed while framing the policy
