Key Responsibilities:
1. Interactive Session Delivery:
  - Conduct engaging lectures and hands-on sessions following the established curriculum to create a comprehensive learning experience.
2. Innovative Teaching Methods:
  - Continuously innovate and enhance teaching methodologies, integrating the latest industry trends and best practices in Full Stack Development.
3. Tailored Course Content:
  - Customize course materials to meet the specific needs of individuals and groups, considering their current understanding of Full Stack Development concepts.
4. Progress Monitoring:
  - Track student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted interventions to bridge knowledge gaps.
5. Collaboration with Teams:
  - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers, to bring real-world scenarios into the learning journey.
Skills Required:
1. Full Stack Development Expertise:
  - Proficiency in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
  - Experience with popular frameworks (React, Angular, Vue for front-end; Express, Django, Flask for back-end).
2. Database Management:
  - Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
3. Version Control:
  - Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
4. Software Development Lifecycle:
  - Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.
5. Teaching and Communication:
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Full Stack Development.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctuality and Discipline: Ensure all training sessions start and end on time, delivering comprehensive content.
