Job description
Position: Data Analyst (Data Steward) Experience: 4+ yearsLocation: Pune, Mumbai, BangaloreData Governance: Enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the organization's data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data quality standards. Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making processes.Utilize Azure Synapse for data exploration, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI for effective data visualization.Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations. Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, business intelligence, and other teams to understand data requirements and provide support as needed.Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Steward or Data Analyst, with a focus on data governance and analytics.Proficiency in SQL and other relevant query languages.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations. Requirements: Certification in Microsoft Azure or related technologies.Experience with other Azure services, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.Experience with managing and maintaining Azure Synapse databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Implement data partitioning, indexing, and other optimization techniques to enhance database efficiency.Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse for data integration, ETL, and analytics.Interested candidates can drop their CVs on [email protected]
