Manage the CEO's schedule, schedule meetings, and organize travel and other arrangements.
Assist and manage the director's desk; line of reporting - Founder/Director
Participate in strategic planning along with the Director to enhance Foundation's objectives and goals. (Basically - Research, Business Communication amp; Development, Coordination)
Support the Director in ideation, developing vision relevant to the organization's needs.
Conduct research on Director's instructions (analyzing pre-existing information from various sources for reference for future projects to check viability and practicality).
Assist the Director in creating pitch decks, creative ideas and feedback.
Support the Operations team in execution (accumulate ideas from the Director, design a road map and plan of action based on instructions from the Director and communicate with the operations team).
Act as a point of contact between the Director, departments and other stakeholders. He/she is responsible for managing emails, drafting letters, and communicating on behalf of the Director.
Understand meeting, workshop and presentation agendas in line with the Director's vision, do relevant research and preparations, and compile documents for background information from the operations team for smooth execution.
Manage Projects on behalf of the Director and ensure that they are completed within a time frame and budget.
