Job description

Preparing JD.

Calling the Sourced Candidates and screening them.

Performing telephonic interviews with candidates.

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

Handling overseas Client Co-ordination and recruitment.

Following up on the interview process status.

Handling Pre- boarding activities like visa, tickets, medical etc for overseas candidates.

Assist Admin and HR operations works.

Assisting in planning, organizing and conducting the employee engagement activities.

Good understanding of recruiting processes and procedures.

Basic understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification :- Any Graduate

Location:- Andheri (Mumbai)
