Job description

Logistics done differently.

As SharePoint Administrator/Microsoft Developer, you will be responsible for managing internal Microsoft tools and applications. You will need to develop/automate existing process using Sharepoint and various Microsoft applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions and provide SharePoint support and end-user training.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Manages pricing and commercial internal Microsoft based applications (Sharepoint, Office365, Power Automate, MS Approvals, PowerBI)
  • Responsible for adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions
  • Designs and implements updates to team site structure and permission management, along with integrations with 3rd party solutions
  • Develops new systems based in Microsoft ecosystem to automate processes and improve efficiencies across GXO
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to track system, pricing and revenue performance

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech), BCA/MCA
  • Minimum 3 year of prior experience in SharePoint and Microsoft based applications development ▪ Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Ability to analyse data to determine root cause
  • Effective communication skills; phone etiquette, vocabulary, written communications
  • Ability to prioritize work toward department and company goals
  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared responsibilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
