Job Description: Unpaid Human Resources Intern
Company: Developing Bee Pvt Ltd
Duration: 3 Months (90 days)
What You Will Receive:

Role Summary:
As an unpaid HR Intern at Developing Bee Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing our intern program and assisting with intern recruitment. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to develop your skills in talent management and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Intern Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of our intern program.
- Provide guidance and support to interns throughout their internship period.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by interns and act as a point of contact for them.
- Intern Recruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment process for intern positions.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applications.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and schedule interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess the suitability of candidates for intern roles.
- Documentation and Record-keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of intern-related data, such as attendance and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and update intern-related documents, including offer letters and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the intern program.
- Internship Support:
- Support interns in their day-to-day activities and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Facilitate intern onboarding and orientation processes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure interns have the necessary resources to fulfill their roles.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Note: This is an unpaid internship program with a duration of 3 month. The internship is subject to the successful completion of the recruitment process.
