Job description

Role Purpose Support in design and implementation of compensation framework across SBI Card Role Accountability 1.Support in design and implementation of organizational compensation framework, ensuring all policies are in line with relevant legislation 2.Assist and collaborate, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program 3.Execute all activities to ensure successfull implementation of increment framework- merit increase/promotion increase/salary correction etc. 4.Support in development of and implement the LTI & STI framework 5.Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in the job market, develop and implement compensation surveys, liaisoning with HR consultants to gather market information as necessary 6. Collaborate with HR Consultants in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests, and quality control the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions 7.Support management of deferred compensation programs, including developing communications and personals statements, producing reward statements, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries 8.Perform all activities related to compensation operations, including NPS, VIC payouts, Compensation provisioning etc. 9.Ensure timely onboarding, renewal and billing of all compensation vendors 10.Resolve salary and other reimbursement related queries / concerns of employees on an ongoing basis, ensuring all resolutions are in line with established policies and procedures Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1.Timely & accurate implementation of Increments 2.Timely & accurate implementation of LTI/STI programs 3.Timely & accurate implementation of compensation related HR Policies 4.Timely launch of salary benchmarking surveys 5.Timely completion of job classifications 6.Timely finalisation of pay ranges 8.Timely implementation of inputs for NPS, VIC and compensation provisions 9.Planned vs actual headcount numbers and cost 10.Timely and accurate MIS/business reporting 11.Process adherence as per SOP Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1.Strong working knowledge of HR policies, processes & industry practices 2.Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, create buy in and drive implementation 3.Advanced knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits, including emerging legislation Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency Problem Solving Skills Customer Orientation Influencing Skills Market Awareness Key External Stakeholder(s) HR Consultants, Vendors Key Internal Stakeholder(s) All functions Must have Qualification MBA in Human Resources Over All experience in role 6-9 years of post qualification experience Relevant Experience with respect to the role 3-5 years of experience in C&B Management Preferred Industry(If any) BFSI
